Game made for Volunteer Week Game Jam 2025 by the team of 6 people from Ukraine depicts our everyday reality. While creating Powerless we faced power outages and many air raid alerts, but we continued to work in the dim lights. 

How to play?

Try to keep your city alive by managing resources and distributing the limited Power across various districts. You will face regular rocket attacks, receive donations and  experience unpredictable events: some are funny, some are helpful, and some are rather hard to handle. Buy upgrades and strive to fill your Protection indicator - only by achieving 100% protection of your city you will win (hint: some Protection could be received only by donations from partners, so don't forget about your diplomacy).
